Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 3 story home just steps to the beach access and sleeping 9. The whole third floor encompasses the master with a king bed and a sitting area. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi with seperate step in glass shower and bidet. The 2nd level has the open planned livingroom with matching furniture, queen sleeper sofa, diningroom and kitchen. The lower level has a guest bedroom with queen and a bunk room with combo double twin. All three levels of this home have wrap porches.There are great Gulf & Eastern Lake views. Plenty of seating at dining table and breakfastbar. 4 TV's, 4 VCR's, CD, stereo. Lovely antique furnishings. 4 car parking pad. 45 day cancellation policy. $500 security deposity requirement. Non-smoking. No snowbirds w/o speaking to Seagrove office. Very nice house. Two miles to Seaside & Grayton Beach. Ten minutes to Rosemary Beach. Twenty minutes to Silver Sands. Thirty-five minutes to Panama City Beach or Destin. Fitness trail is 17 miles along 30-A. Many boutiques, shops and gourmet restaurants.

| We always have a wonderful time and we really love the location of this house. We did ask that the outside shower be fixed prior to our arrival as we had rented this house the previous year and it was not working then either. We were assured that it would be addressed however it still was not working when we arrived. Other then that we did have a wonderful time and everything else about the house was grand. |

We had a wonderful week staying at Water Water everywhere! It was the first family vacation for the kids where we rented a house on the beach and spent the week living in paradise.
Water Water every where wasn't our first choice, about 4 days before our vacation, a representitive from Dale Peterson Vacations called to let us know, the home we had reserved had plumbing problems and wouldnt be available for our vacation, and they were going to move us to this home.... It was Great!!! It was larger with more room for everyone, had a great view of the ocean from the 3 levels of balcones. In front was the beautiful ocean and to the left was a peaceful little lake so we did have water everywhere!
The kicthen/dinning/living area on the second floor was awesome... the kids had more room then they could run around in!
It was about 1/2 block walk to the beach which was very nice and gave you a chance to stretch your legs before hitting the sand... nice and quite street so not a lot of traffic for bike riding and playing outside. The shopping was close enough to run to the store if you forgot something, but far enough you weren't bothered by the hussle and bussle of stores.
Be sure to bring a flash light or two with you to go crab hunting at night... it was so much fun to walk the beach at night and find the little crabs running everywhere!
The master bedroom was HUGE.... The bed was awesome... soooo comfy, it had it's own sitting area with small couch and chairs and a very romantic 3rd story balcony so the parents can get away from the kids... The master bathroom rocked! Steam shower, giant tub, double sinks.
Highly reccomend for familys with kids, large groups and anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the great views !!
Be back next year !

I grew up in Florida and my Family owns
property very close to Blue Mountain Beach
so I am very familiar with the area. The
house was beautiful and close to the beach
and lake. At first I did not know how that
would be though it ended up being great
since the waves were too large for our 18
month old and she could play in the inlet.
The house is literally across the street
from the beach access. The grocery store
is very close and a great fish market
(Goat Feathers) is very near by. Also,
just a short drive to Seaside as well. We
had a great week.
FYI - I went with my wife and 1 year old
as well as another couple who had a child
the same age. We were very comfortable. |
