DUVAL SEA TURTLE - The property has two bedrooms and two and one half baths and a balcony off the master bedroom and another off the living room.The entire property has been decorated using art from the local galleries and artists. The theme is "Key West" from scenes around the area including our super size Sea Turtle painting. You have your own covered parking space, which is gated and secure. Other amenities of Duval Sea Turtle include; WiFi, Bose surround sound, 3 TV's and free long distance phone calls.There is a lounge/pool area to relax and enjoy the pool or just lounge and maybe read a book. The entire courtyard area has the feel of a tropical garden. It is truly a Key West experience to enjoy! Bedding: King, Queen, Twin and Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 6 $50.00 registration fee as of May 1, 2010$1800 per week / $300 per night (Winter)$1500 per week / $255 per night (Shoulder)$1300 per week / $225 per night (Summer)$145 Cleaning Fee

Wonderful location but the condo property is looking a little ne
Everything was nice and neat. The townhome is wonderful and has almost everything someone would need. It was a little chilly at times. If the owner would add a couple warm fuzzy throws on the couch and chair it would be a plus. Especially for us that get cold as we get tired from a great day & night out! The master bedroom could use some windows that block the street noise. ( I know the roosters have fun crowing but starting at 318am got us laughing. Then we wanted to "ring their little necks" by the end of the stay.
The property by the pool needs refreshing. The pool was not heated as we were told, and it really should be listed a dipping pool. You certainly can't do laps! There are many broken lounge chairs and trash was laying around. Since it was a little to cool to jump into a cold pool we skipped that part altogether.
For two couples or maybe a family gathering it is a great location and the price was right.

A pleasant stay right on Duval st
Our stay at Duval Sq. was very pleasant.Great accommations right on Duval st. with a quiet fully equipped condo.w/ comm. pool.Minor maintenance issues with community being worked on presently.

4 day vacation
We drove down from deerfield beach area and had a blast. the 6 of us rented bikes right around the corner and was $12 for 2 full days. very easy to get around the night life was amazing. the beaches arent as great as youd think.. but the islands on the way back were awesome. highly recommended for a vacation.

Wonderful Condo
We enjoyed the spacious living area and kitchen, as
well as the multiple beds in the upstairs bedrooms.
The kitchen had everything we needed and then some.
Pool area is small but never crowded. Parking was
safe and secure. Good central location with a lot of
great shops and restaurants just blocks away! More...
