SPA ON DUVAL - Is a two story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome located just steps to the attractions of Duval Street. There is a shared swimming pool and lounge area to relax, lounge or maybe read a book. The entire courtyard area has the feel of a tropical garden. It is truly a Key West experience to enjoy! This property also has a private Jacuzzi on the lower deck. Bedding: King, 2 Twins and Queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 6.

| This home was very clean & comfortable. The bright colors & decor definitely felt like Key West. It was far enough away from all the noise of the bars so you could get a good night's rest, yet close enough to walk or bike to them without a problem. The only issue we had is that one of the showers didn't drain well & we weren't really able to use it. We loved having our own kitchen stocked with utensils & dishes! Garage parking for cars & bikes were a plus. I'd definitely rent here again. |

| me, my husband, our one year old daughter and my in-laws stayed in this rental for the first time and was excited to have a whole place to ourselves..and when we first got there everything seemed great until we got settled in. there were lights that didnt work, face plates on electrical outlets missing or broken and my major complaint was the tile floors looked like they have never been mopped.. my daughter would crawl on the floor and her feet would be filthy black..at first we thought that was the color of the tile until i lifted up one of the rugs on the floor and compared it to the exposed tile.. it was literally night and day.. underneath the rug the tiles were white and on the other side was basically black.. it was disgusting..the carpet on the second floor was just as dirty you could see in the pattern of the carpet where the dirt has just sat.. if you walked around barefoot your feet would be black.. also one of the faceplates for a cable cord was broken and had exposed wires..trying to baby proof the place was not easy but we made do. all in all it was a good trip but just dissatisfied on the cleanliness of the place. |

| We loved everything about this rental. We were within walking distance of all our favorite places to go. The place is very large - plenty of room for 4-6 people. We used the hot tub on our deck at night, and read by the pool in the afternoon. It was so much nicer that staying at a hotel, and less expensive since we were able to split the cost with friends. |

| Our niece had a "Destination Wedding" in Key West last October. My husband, myself and our adult children rented the condo on Duval Street. It was a perfect location! We had a great time and can't wait to do it again. |

My girlfriends and I come to Key West every year for the past 6yrs and rent a condo for a "girls week"! We have stayed at the Spa on Duval in previous years and have found the property to be very nice and in a great location, but this year was a totally different story. We made special arrangement with the management company to come down a day earlier than originally planned. We drove down from Miami on Friday and could not check into the condo until after 4p...no problem. You can always find something to keep you occupied in Key West:)! When we did finally check in, the condo was a complete disaster and had not been cleaned from the previous renters. It took several hours to find the cleaners, get them to clean the unit, and then get into the unit! It was quite disturbing. Then we went to sit in the hottub and the thing was a complete mess! That took 2 days for someone to finally figure out what was wrong with it. Two of us have hottubs at home and knew that the thing need to be emptied and cleaned. It looked like Egg Drop Soup in the thing! UGH! I would not stay in this particular unit again, but have seen other units that we may consider in future years! We are not staying at Duval Square this year because of our experience last year! To top off the entire vacation we DID NOT even get our key deposit back! We enjoy Key West and would enjoy staying at Duval Square again...hope to see you in the coming years!
