The Shipyard Treasure is a second floor condo with private full-length balconies front and rear. The balconies allow for a relaxing area to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon libation the perfect spot to recharge your batteries. This property has an open and airy feeling and is one of four condos in the Shipyards with this unique floor plan. The property offers two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one full bath, kitchen, living and dining area. All decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style.Walk to the beach, gorgeous sunsets and all of the varied attractions that Old Town Key West to offer. this condo is beautiful. It was wonderful to come back to after a day of walking the historial district or spending a day at the beach. it has ceiling fans in every room and combine with the ac, it was so refreshing. Short walk to swimming pool.
One of the nicest thing about this condo is that you enter the building across from the guard shack.
It has gated secure parking and you have to have a key to enter the pool. we felt really safe.
There were extra towels, sheets, blankets, hair dryer and also pool towels. Loved the fact that a washer and dryer was there also.
The kitchen is small but who cares. We are into quick small meals while vacationing. The porches are large and inviting.
we will definitely recommend to others and will return ourselves.
fort taylor state park is beautiful and the owner shared their park pass with us in our check in envelope so it didn't cost us a thing. That saved 10$ a trip.

| My new husband and I had a great time staying at Shipyard Treasure. The condo was beautifully decorated, and everything we needed was at our fingertips! The condo's location is perfect.....you are close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was also great to have the pass to Fort Zachory Taylor beach! We can't wait to come back! |

| Everything about this vacation was perfect. The property was spotless, and had everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The location was also ideal. Two blocks off of Duval Street, and about halfway between the south and north end. Everything is in walking distance. We also enjoyed the pass to the state park, for a relaxing day on the beach. We will definetely be back! |

EXCELLENT VACATION HOME. This was the first time we stayed at this
property and it was perfect. Close to the beach and to all the action
on Duval St where all the action is. Everything we needed was
supplied in the condo. I would recommend this to everyone and I
look forward to returning to this property. |

Been to Keywest couple of times and stayed at big name hotels like the
casa marina,could not imagine that renting this place would the best thing I
ever did.I was there with my wife and my mother inlaw,and we had such a
great time,not to mention it was our first vacation with her mom.it made it so
intimate and brought us close together.the place has everything you could
possibly need and more.I will know what I mean when you stay there,it
saved us money on eating out and also it's nice to eat and talk and be able
to hear eachother unlike being in restaurants with all the noise.we love this
place and we will be back at same house.oh the place is super clean,and to
who ever rents it next treat it with respect,like of was your own,we would like
to go back there like we never left.thank you to the home away from home

| This was a great condo in a great location. Condo was clean and had everything you could need. Updated very nicely and very modern. Kitchen is a tad small if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking. It has 2 big private balcony's! |

The property is located in the Truman Annex, just past the security booth. Our Taxi driver kindly made a short stop at the office for us to pick-up the key from the drop box since we arrived after hours. This was no problem at all.
We shared the apartment with another couple, and found the place to be perfect. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, and was equipped with plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware sufficient for our breakfast cooking needs. The apartment had Wi-Fi access and a nice plasma screen TV with DVD player and cable TV, which came in handy because one of our party wasn't feeling well for several days and he was able to enjoy creature comforts in the nice living room since he wasn't up to going out.
The front and rear balconies were handy to either go to the sun or avoid the sun as needed. Location was just two blocks from Duval St., so we could easily walk to all the clubs, bars, and resturaunts. Just down the street was a small grocery store, and we were just blocks away from a Walgreens and a larger store (which had a nice wine selection). The community pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed that almost every day.
I would recommend, and certainly will return the next time I want to visit Key West. |

| Very much enjoyed our stay. Clean and fully furnished. Great great location. Would highly recommend staying. Easy to work with, they did not try to switch us to three bdrm when we were looking for only a two bdrm. They said they had it and came through in the end. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to downtown, beach and so much more. Safe and relaxing location. reat price for stay. Thank you!!! |

| Despite a rain filled week in Key West, we enjoyed our vacation in comfort at this beautiful condo. The online pictures were accurate, so no surprises, except that the bathroom was bigger than we expected. The kitchen is a little cozy, but it's plenty for fixing breakfast and lunch. This condo is located within walking distance of all the great attractions of Old Town. So we parked our car in the reserved space and forgot about it for the rest of the trip. Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park Beach is a short walk (10 min) from the complex. I thought it was nicer than Bahia Honda. Bikes are the only thing this condo lacks, but you can rent them yourself anywhere. It is well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The rental agents were very helpful. The place was very clean except the floors needed some work. But there were cleaning supplies in the closet so we took care of that ourselves in no time. Everything else was great! |
