Large game room with pool table and wet bar and sitting area with TV and cozy wood stove. Located on the second level is the huge gourmet kitchen dining for eight plus four barstools. Living room with rock wall fireplace. Located off the dining area is a 2 level deck with a hot tub for eight and plenty of patio furniture for those great summer BBQs. The third level also has a large living/ gathering area with a wall fireplace and sofa sleeper.There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd levels. Each level has a master suite with a king size bed and private bath. There are two bedrooms and full baths with beautiful granite countertops. The house is approximately 3000 square feet and has a double garage with parking for four more cars in driveway. Only one mile to beach, casino, ski and shopping. Located on the ski shuttle route

| It’s very good place for a big group and it's been 3rd time we were there and we enjoyed allot from the place. We had a few issues during staying there and called to office but unfortunately, there were no respond. Recommend cleaning inside and outside more before people are going to stay especially they are charging lots of money for cleans up. |

This time was our second stay, our first a year before was equally delightful!
We found the property originally on line, all the details were handled well by Goldfish Properties. All of my family loved the house and would recommend it highly to anyone and everyone!
We wanted to book the same place this season for the holidays, but it was not available, as you can guess it is our favorite. |

| My husband and I got married in Lake Tahoe and rented this house out for the weekend. The house was absolutely perfect for us and our wedding party...very spacious and clean with plenty to keep us entertained. The location was also wonderful as it was only 5 minutes away from the church and a short walk from the golf course where our reception was. We are definitely planning on renting this house again for vacation in the future. |

| Everything was great. Minor issues with one of the garage doors automatic openers not working. Had to do that manually. Other than that the whole process was pretty easy. |
