The condo has a great location, right on the lake and close to shopping. Beautiful views from living room and dining room. The master bedroom was very comfortable, but our only complaint was the livingroom furniture was very uncomfortable. The view from the deck of this condo was great and the location in town was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked - there was everything we needed.

We had an issue when the garbage disposal fell out of the sink and it was repaired in a timely fashion and the maintenance workers were very nice.

However, I was disappointed in the overall maintenance of the building. There was a large tear in the screen door which made it difficult to leave the door open (not a small tear-someone had to know this was there for a long time), and the windows were dirty - you could barely see out of the patio door - it was very dirty. Also, the carpet had many spots in the living room and kitchen areas which just gave the place a soiled look. The pictures online were much better than the actual space. In addition, the website stated we would have a two-car garage included with this unit for the price we paid, but we only had a covered parking space for one vehicle. I don't know what we would have done if we had two cars. This is really misleading and should be changed on your website.

I will certainly return to Grand Lake, we love visiting the area, but I doubt we will stay at a Destinations West location again. For the price paid, we will look at other options. More...

This was a great place to stay in which we will continue to utilize year after year. The view is just perfect and the location could not be better. The other people living in the condo complex were also very friendly. Can't wait to rent again. More...

As advertised. Fantastic balcony view of Grand Lake. Very easy access to town of Grand Lake. Appreciated "back door" aspect of access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo was easy to make a home away from home for a couple with medical limitations. Quiet complex. Furnishings showing age a bit and a bigger TV would have been nice. But still, the most highly recommended rating, especially for the cost. More...
