| We were very impressed with the accommodations as it was spacious and well maintained. The resort was quiet and had a grocery store within walking distance. Just like home, we cooked, baked, washed clothes, watched TV, and took dips in the pool. Unlike home, we were central to many fun attractions (Gatorland, Green Meadows Farms, Disney, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove). |

This was a beautiful condo with everything you need for a luxurious get a way! We enjoyed time at the pool and even had time to reserve the theater w/some friends one evening. The kids loved it!
The only down side...We were visiting the convention center and were told we were right next door-don't believe it! From this unit you CANNOT walk there in August heat!!!
I would definately stay here again but next time will have a car! |

| This condo was beautiful. We are a family of 4 and found the condo to be perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have was that we were not supplied with extra toilet paper and there was very little left when we arrived, and no extra rolls of paper towels, which we had to go out and buy even though we only stayed 3 days. Having extras supplied would have been convenient. Otherwise, great place to stay and close to Universal. Would stay there again. |

| We had to pay 25.00 to check in early..the ice machine in freezer did not work at all..The air conditioner was not cool at all a few nights it was VERY warm in the unit and uncomfortable, and it is hard to open and close the windows in the unit.To be honest it was very nice but poor lighting in bathrooms and in hallways outside of unit. It was a rip-off to pay 25.00 dollars to check in after 12pm and before 4pm..We had to buy ice every-day. And air conditioner was horrible..other than that it was very nice.Hopefully they will read this and fix lighting, ice machine and air conditioner...Also between 12pm-4pm 25.00 is a rip-off hopefully they will stop that... |

Manager Response: April 13, 2009 |
Hi Kelly,
Thankyou for taking time out to complete the review.
I have been told that you were advised that a $25 early 'check in' fee would apply should you wish to arrive prior to 4pm - particularly 3 to 4 hours earlier than scheduled and this was agreed to at the time.
Our Terms & Conditions advise potential guests that a fee for early 'check in' will be required. As you placed your booking through the Owner, I need to check what information they are sending to their guests and I will do this as a result of your review.
I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the Ice Maker and Air Conditioning Unit. I have contacted the Maintenance department and there is no record of these problems ever being reported during your occupancy. I have checked the reservation system and there have been two separate sets of guests staying in this unit since your departure and they have not reported any problems with the A/C or the Ice maker. In addition, none of the Inspectors who carry out departure checks have reported malfunctioning equipment. I wish you had taken time to advise the Management Company of these issues during your stay, as I'm certain they would have been more than happy to address them immediately.
The lighting in the bathrooms is standard throughout the resort - as is the hallway lighting. I will provide your feedback regarding the hallways to the Community Association Management Team who are responsible for communal areas of the resort.

| When we arrived at Vista Cay after a very long day of travel, we were thrilled to see how beautiful the condo was. It far exceeded our expectations! Our Orlando vacation was even better than we hoped it would be due to the wonderful accomodations. Beautifully furnished and well appointed - right down to the big, fluffy beach towels, washer/dryer and kitchen! We thoroughly enjoyed returning to this condo at the end of each exhausting day at Disneyworld. Our family would never want to stay in motels on vacations ever again. |

This was a great space for a family of five. However, we didn't know until we arrived that it was located in an apartment complex that was still under construction. That presents a variety of issues from noise to atmosphere, etc.
The apartment itself was very nice but needed a few more supplies like toilet paper, soap, paper towels and perhaps dish soap.
Another issue was the location. It was not easy to find after dark especially because it was still a construction site! |

Manager Response: March 31, 2009 |
Hello Jenifer,
Thankyou for taking the time to complete the review.
What a difference 12 months make! The construction has stopped at The Isles. The Publix plaza is now complete and this not only provides improved facilities for guests, but also serves as an ideal lanmark to locate the entrance to the resort. Although all units are 'self catering', complimentary toilet tissue and soap is provided to help you get started. The Management Company is currently reviewing it's policy regarding the supply of additional complimentary items.
