A fantastic alternative to staying at a hotel. Stayed with wife and family member in a 2BR, 2BA. Only problem was finding the apt in the complex -- went down some wrong streets, but the address was correct, so probably on me.
Apartment was clean, spacious -- bathrooms were clean with linen. Plenty of dishes and bowls and such -- nice kitchen, can do whatever type of cooking you want.
Will definitely look into this type of housing in the future.

| Every member of our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vista Cay Resort. It was close to every attraction making our commutes seamless. This was our first time booking a "non-hotel" room and we were totally impressed. Each of us had our own space and we didn't feel like we were tripping over one another, as has been our experience with hotels. The fully equipped 2 bedroom condo was impressive, the grounds immaculate and the pool was large and refreshing. We would definitely return and will encourage others to do so as well. |

| The facilities are great. I love the condo stay rather then hotel living. Easy access to every where we went. Our condo was a little sparse in some things. One wash cloth a piece for a week, no dishcloths for the kitchen, and the utensils(knives) were very bad. I would stay again. I just feel our condo owners did every thing as cheaply as possible. My sister was in another condo same property and hers was much more equipped. |

We've styed at this unit before and enjoyed it very much both times. The carpets were a bit soiled this visit but it didn't detract very much from the overall stay.
As a regular visitor to Vista Cay, I still don't understand why some management companies require the renter to visit their offices to receive your check-in information while others send you the info and all the renter does is show up at the unit and enter.
The check-in procedure is quick and easy, but does require the visitor to drive to an off-site location to register. The direct check in procedure is much easier and saves the renter some time when arrivin. |

At Vista Cay there are a number of different companies managing homes on behalf of absent owners - I am very pleased that we are one of the very few companies that let guests travel straight to their condo/townhome. We ask guests to pre-register, so there isn't any need to travel to an off-site location. You just 'turn up' and start to enjoy your stay!
The carpets in the condo had a scheduled professional clean arranged prior to your arrival and have subsequently been cleaned since your departure.

| The owner was very nice and helpful, he provided us with excellent customer service. The resort was extremely close to all the major attractions of Orlando. Seaworld is just 5 minutes away, and Disneyworld just a short 15-20 minute drive. The pictures in the website cannot show how clean and beautiful the condo is. We were able to cook our own meals, sleep comfortably, and even watch TV when we didn't want to leave. There is a very large supermarket at walking distance that has everything from groceries to souvenirs. I definitely recommended this place and we would like to stay again in the future. |

| I was in town for a conference but didn't want to pay over $200 per night. After much searching, we found this unit, and it was perfect. Within walking distance of the conference, conveniently located off the Interstate, and near to many restaurants. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to a small family or couple. |

| Our family of 4 stayed at this condo while visiting the Disney World and Universal parks and found the place to be clean, safe and roomy. The condominium was very affordable enabling us to keep our vacation from getting too outrageously expensive. The bedrooms are separated by a living room which helped as we have two small children who needed to get to sleep before we were ready. We'd like to return to the Orlando area in a few years and will likely try to stay in the same place. |
