This property also has a sofa bed in the lounge, to sleep a total of 6 guests. The well apportioned open plan second floor has a living and dining room with gourmet kitchen. This home also has a 1-car garage.
The comfortable living area has cable TV. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself ‘why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it’s comforts of home is available’?

We rented the townhouse through the owner, but whenever I had a question, the Mangement company was very helpful! Not only did they give us step by step directions on the phone, when I left my cell phone charger, they found it and held it for me until a friend could pick it up.
The townhouse was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Most everything was furnished, including pots, pans and dishes. It worked wonderful with two couples and a single, with each bedroom having its own bathroom.
The pool area was great! The deck had a lot of different areas if you wanted privacy. But also lots of room around the pool.
The only bad thing was the 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2 main bedrooms. But once all the luggage was taken up, it wasn't too bad. |

I meant to do this earlier. Our stay was awesome and so was the condo. Perfect location, in the middle of everything! We are planning to come to Orlando again in a few years for my son's b-day and we hope to stay in the same place. I would recommend to anyone!!

| This was our second time renting this fantastic property for an Orlando-area vacation. Last year we went to Universal, this year to Sea World and Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay. The property is secure, conveniently located, clean, and very welcoming. The rental process was a breeze. We enjoyed our time at the pool and in the game room. We highly recommend anyone interested in renting this property. It's like a home away from home! |

Our stay at Vista Cay was great. The townhouse more than served the needs of our family of 5 and was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Vista Cay is very convenient to Downtown Disney, Universal and International Drives. The new Publix grocery store is close and convenient.
We had a few groups of friends staying at Vista Cay too and by far we had the best value which helped make our trip possible.

We wanted a special vacation in Orlando for New Years. We were meeting our son there and wanted a really nice place. Let me tell you that it was more than we expected. I wanted to have it this year, but I waited too long. The owner went out of his way to assist us.

WE STAYED AT THIS CONDO AND WAS VERY PLEASED! WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SIZE AND CLEANLINESS OF THE UNIT. IT WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND THERE WAS SO MUCH ROOM TO SPREAD OUT AND RELAX! IT WAS GREAT! WE LOVED THE PRICE TOO! VERY GOOD!
WE ALSO LOVED HOW IT WAS SO CLOSE TO WET N WILD AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. IT WAS SO CONVENIENT TO GET TO THOSE PLACES! WE ALSO LOVED HAVING A GARAGE SO WE HAD A GOOD SAFE AND DRY PLACE FOR OUR VEHICLE.
WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO VISTA CAY ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO ORLANDO! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! |
