The comfortable living area has a leather suite, 50' wide screen TV, internet access, Playstation 3 and cable TV. | The only negative of our stay is that the need to see all the attractions in Orlando didn't give us nearly enough time to enjoy the apartment. It was lovely, well furnished, and the arrangements made it totally hassle-free. And for everything that it offered, it was a true bargain. For future Orlando vacations, it's the only place I would consider staying. |

We were very pleasantly surprised by this condo. We are a family of five (all basically adults) and there was more than enough room. I won't get into the descriptive part as others have done that very well. Suffice to say, everything in the description on Flipkey is true and available in the unit. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, laundry basket, pool towels (3, I think), kitchen towels, etc. The washer/dryer were very handy as most of us went home with clean clothes. Pool and basketball court were right next door. Very centrally located to all the theme parks, restuarants, golf and outlet shopping. Publix right around the corner is also convenient.
The only negatives I could add would be the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils (ones not quite so flimsy), the light under the microwave was not working and we couldn't, for the life of us, figure out how to change it. I can't really blame Flipkey for the heard of elephants that moved in above us the second day (don't think I've ever heard an entire family walk quite that heavily before ;-D). They were gone early each day so not too big of a deal. I mention it only so others will be mindful that there are people above and below you and just as we heard above us, I'm sure we had our moments when the people below could here US!
I did not have the need or opportunity to speak with Flipkey after our arrival as keys were exactly where we were told they would be and we simply let ourselves in and away we went. Quite possibly one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time. Highly recommend! |

| We were blown away at how upscale the property is given the price. My boss is going to give me a raise for finding this place! Pictures do not do this condo justice! Brand new construction with totally upgraded features (full stainless steel kitchen, granite counters, 4 flat-screen TVs, wireless access, new carpet, huge master bath, great view of lake). Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) had plenty of space. Property is quiet. Great location. Pool is wonderful and short walk. Easy access to convention center--right on shuttle bus line to conv ctr. My co-workers paid almost twice I was paying for their standard hotel room while I had a 3BR luxurious condo and could bring the whole family on my business trip. I almost don't want to post this great review so I can keep the property a secret!! |

Was very pleased with the location, amenities, and condo itself...only problem we had was the malfunctioning air conditioner. Beginning our rental period on the weekend, we had difficulty in getting it fixed promptly.
Even with the aforementioned problem, we would stay in the same condo again. The location was great for all the things that we wanted to do, not too close, not too far from various sites. |
