Nice, quaint cabin with a good location. This cabin is not in the woods or secluded, but has a great location for access to Winter Park and the slopes. The cabin is equipped with everything you need and was very comfortable for my group which consisted of 2 adults and 2 children. The only drawback is there is only one bathroom and it is located on the main floor.
The rental company was very easy to work with and addressed all issues promptly. We had a problem with the trash can overflowing when we arrived. As a result an animal turned it over during the night and spread debris everywhere. I called the rental office and they sent someone over right away to clean it up.
I would definitely recommend this cabin for groups wanting quick and easy access to Winter Park ski resort and the town of Winter Park. |

| The house was well-equipped. Lack of bathroom on second floor is a drawback. The photo of the forested mountainside might have been a bit misleading. I thought the cabin was a little more secluded than it is. The contract is very strongly worded - gives the impression that management company will be going through with a fine-tooth comb to find reasons for additional charges. This may be appropriate with your winter-time clientele. |

| The WPLC personnel did a fabulous job. The communication from them was the best part of our stay. The cabin was exactly as described, except for the train running through town. I did not know Winterpark was so heavily traveled by trains, so be prepared to listen to them ALL day. The cabin was very clean, homey, and well stocked. The ping pong and spa made our time in the cabin more comfortable. Just one suggestion, because the upstairs gets warm in the summer, fix the window screens so you can open all the windows or add ceiling fans to the bedrooms. Valarie, thanks for hooking us up. |

I found that the cabin for the most part was great to rent, however there were some issues. IF you are a light sleeper, don't expect to get any sleep if you have kids running around upstairs as the center section of the cabin is settling to the point that the boards under the carpet are creaking at the smallest movements. The settling is to the point that is you are taller than 6'2" you will hit your head on the support beam down stairs for that area of the cabin as it shows some drastic saging from the settling in the center of the cabin. THe time of year we were there was March. The ping pong table was fun but after a week there and it being 50 outside I wished I had somewhere to sit outside and enjoy the view into the woods. the Hot tub was great! again the 6 foot fence that hides the view of the woods behind the cabin was a draw back. The oven was dirty, setting off the smoke detectors when we tried to use it. The most desturbing part of the trip was when I read the book laying on the table next to the couch. There was language and grammer in there that I wish my 11 year old would not have read. The book made it sound more like a party cabin than a family cabin.
Just my hoenst opinion.

Excellent place. Shuttle picks you up/drops you off literally at the end of the driveway. Lot's of room for our 3 kids to play. Close to town. We will definitley stay here again...maybe Summer next time.

| WE really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It is very close to town and easy to find. It had everything we needed. Great little kitchen, with cozy great room and good size bedrooms. The kids loved the ping pong table in the sun room. Also enjoyed the hot tub. It fits a family of four just perfect. |
