Relaxing at the Snowshoe House |

We really enjoyed our stay at the Snowshoe house. Loved the layout of the living area and the large windows. Loved the hottub in the mornings and at night. Winter Park is great.
There were some issues, however. The largest of which was the overall cleanliness of the house. It was very dusty, even to the point of having dust bunnies fly off the ceiling fan when it was turned on. Dining table appeared that it had not been cleaned since a previous meal. The interior of the oven and microwave needed cleaning. Secondly, while we really appreciated the fact that the house is pet friendly so we could bring our dog, there was way too much dog hair left behind, particularly on the duvet on the master bed. It was so bad we had to remove it from the bed.
I apologize if it sounds as if I am being overly critical. I am not trying to do that. I is my experience that if these things aren't brought up they cannot be corrected.
Given the same situation, I would probably still stay there again because the positives outweigh the negatives.
Thank you for letting us share this home. We really did enjoy ourselves. I hope my comments help. |

| A really lovely home with a great location near to the Copper Creek mall. Filled with creature comforts and lounge chairs. A little too hot inside during the afternoon in the summer month. Otherwise perfect. |

| We have great memories of sitting on the patio sipping tea, playing games at the big table, taking turns fixing meals in the efficient little kitchen, relaxing and reading in the sunny sitting room, and walking downtown for a little shopping. There was always something going on if you wanted music or art. Snowshoe House has plenty of little nooks for twosomes to have a little privacy. The wireless internet helped the kids stay connected. We took several enjoyable day trips to RMNP, the hot springs, and Winter Park Resort. |

| This was a wonderful location to enjoy Winter Park from. We drove from Austin to arrive to a fresh and clean home with plenty of space. Our stay was pleasant and conveniently located in Winter Park which allowed us to venture to nearby Fraser and up to Grand Lake. I would recommend anyone who enjoys privacy and comfort to try this spot. Great people to work with on the Property Management Team as well. |
