You can walk to pretty much everything in downtown Winter Park from here, including four restaurants/bars less than a block away. Relax in the private outdoor hot tub or next to the gas fireplace, or grill out on one of the decks overlooking the river. You’ll also love the two master suites, the garage to keep your car warm, and nearby shuttle stop.

| We rode our bikes over Rollins Pass from Eldora and needed a place to rest and refuel! This was the perfect place as it had a convenient location, had plenty of room for our group, plus we had the river and the hot tub for soaking our weary legs! That was great! The unit itself and all of the furnishings were very nice. We also enjoyed watching the Tour De France on HDTV. The location was key as we needed to be able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. We walked to dinner and rode bikes to coffee in the morning. We had a bit of a hot water problem when we arrived, but the managers were available and responsive. |

We stayed with another family (total of 9 people) at this location over MLK Weekend and had a wonderful experience. It began with Rachel at WPLBO who helped get everything set for us. Couldn't have asked for better service!
The place is conveniently located right by Hernando's Pizzeria (our favorite) so we were able to walk right across the parking lot for dinner! The place was clean, well organized and we were thrilled to have a washer and dryer... and the private outdoor hot tub was a huge bonus to all the kids!
We will definitely be back next year - same time... same place!
We're hoping they get the DirectTV remotes all linked up into one as it was VERY difficult to figure out how to operate the TV's...
We highly recommend this unit and location!

| This property exceeded our expectations. We selected it because it was a four bedroom which would accommodate our group of 7. We were very comfortable. The location was terrific. Several of our group were not skiing so lots of time was spent in the unit. The living and eating areas were large enough and the unit's plan well thought out so that our group was well-accommodated the entire time. Fully functional kitchen, hot showers, inviting hot tub, effective heating system, clean and nicely furnished, this unit is one we would definiately stay in again. |

Great for a group |

We had 5 in our mountain biking group and were very
comfortable. Easy to get to other places - convenient location.
Clean and organized. Hot tub was nice after a long day of
biking. Garage made bike maintenance easy. Not the most
beautiful setting as a bit busy, but nice. Getting to hot tub
through a bedroom is a bit inconvenient for those assigned that
bedroom. Good value and I could easily recommend to others.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for the nice review. Just to clarify for other renters, the town home is located on a peaceful stream with mountain views. There is a main road about 500 feet out the front door blocked by two other buildings so no worries on hearing any noise other than bikers going over the little bridge on the stream. |
