Overall this house was excellent. The reason we chose this house was because of the location (Chikahauk area), pool, volleyball, hot tub, etc. We also were very excited to bring our dog for the first time. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was easy to find. The number of decks was also great.

The only negatives I could give were that the beds were not very comfortable and the deck/screened porch furniture was plastic and not very comfortable. The living room furniture was also not very comfortable.

Very nice cottage. Well equiped and welcoming. The pool area is very nice and easily accessible for everyone.
I liked the notes about the home that were in various places to help you. I was also very surprised there were bicycles for our use. We always bring our own but a nice thing to have.
The Wifi was great too and we used it.
I would recommend it to anyone.

Exactly what the Southern Shores discription states. More amemities than most other rentals. Owners set the house up so that everything we needed was there. Our family was just as happy to stay at the pool instead of going to the beach. More...

The place was Awesome. The only thing that would make it better, would be if the house could control the weather. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

This house is absoultly wonderful comes with a fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room, we had our sons wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was beautiful, very relaxing,everything in the house was very up to date etc. A beautiful show house to celebrate such an exciting event.
