| We were very pleased with our stay here. The house was just what we were expecting. The house was just what we wanted and needed. The pool was used every day. The company was very helpful when I needed a package mailed to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. I received my deposit back in a timely manner. The location of the house was very convient to our destinations. We visited Disney World and Universal Studios. It was very easy to get from the house to our destinations. |

Because we are a family of 5 every hotel I called bumped us into two rooms, which was expensive and not condusive for our three children. I looked in our Entertainment book and found Advantage Vacation Homes listed and visited the site. It seemed to good to be sure and up until we arrived I was waiting for the bottom to fall out. Everything was absolutely wonderful! I would absolutely do it again and would suggest it to any family I know looking to go to Florida. How nice to come home after a long day at the parks and swim in your very own private pool! Being able to make our own meals kept everyone full, as well as happy about the choices served! Anyone who has children can relate to buying an expensive meal your child won't eat and then have them say I'm hungry later.

When you go to Orlando you don't stay much in the house. So what you need is a confortable house with good beds. The house we rented was big, what was great, since we went in a group of 8. It was a safe house, in a good part of the city. Staying in a house is better because you have everything just like when you were at home. You are free to cook what you want, when you want. Everybody could saty together and so on...
I can say that renting a house is cheaper than in a holtel, and more confortable!

| This home was very clean. It was also convienent to highways. The only problem that I had was that the pool was surposed to be set at 80 degrees and it was not. I know that weather in Fl. in Novermber can be cool but I checked with surrounding neighbors and my pool was the only one cold..Other than that my stay was relaxing... |
