| We had a very nice stay in this unit. There were two couples and there was plenty of space. The home was very updated and well kept. Our only complaint was the amount of towels and no extra towels for the hot tub. We hope that was corrected as we told the managment and they did not know what happened because they should of had them in the unit. Other than that I would highly recommend yhis unit. It was a pretty quick walk to slopes and town, very convenient. |

| We had a great time and LOVED the location. It was a 2 minute walk to the closest bar and to Main Street. It was very comfortable for 2 families with new babies. The property management was fantastic. They loaned us a pack and play for the baby. They were very helpful and the place was beautiful with nice upgraded kitchen stuff. |

| We really didn't require much for service - we've been to Breckenridge many times and know our way around well. We were simply looking for a great condo with great location. This condo has been renovated very nicely. It had everything our family (2 adults/2 children) needed. It was a very short walk to lifts. We've rented multiple condos in Breckenridge, and this has been the nicest at the base of Peak 8. We will gladly rent this condo again, if available. |

Condo was decorated great, very homey. However, there are some problems that need to be resolved. First of all, the fireplace would not come on, then it wouldn't go off--even with thermostat turn down as far as it would go. The living room was very hot, while, there was no heat in the front bedroom. Ice maker didn't work on refrigerator--even on the accelerated setting. Then, unfortunately, I left a bag behind--it was never found, even though I knew exactly where it was. And, even though the management staff was very friendly, they did not seem too interested in assisting in recovering the bag.
I would not stay at this condo again. |

Thanks for your review,
The fireplace seems to work fine, it might have been the pilot light that you thought would not go off. The ice maker seems to work fine as well. As far as the bag, you have my apologies again. I personally searched the room after the housekeeper did and no bag was located. |

Went for a 4 day ski trip and chose this condo for what was purported to be a great location to both lifts and town.
Pros: Very nicely decorated
Close to town
Nice new appliances
Liked the coded keypad entry
Check-in was a snap
Extremely quiet building
Cons: Place was dusty on arrival
No on/off for fireplace (had to get management to turn it on and could not turn it off)
Only heat is in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom was cold
Would have greatly appreciated a heads up on the parking garage not accomodating ski top carriers on SUV's. Almost ruined my Thule carrier rack on entering the low ceiling parking garage.
Uphill walk back to condo from mountain not condusive to skiing in to eat
lunch.
The morning of checkout the elevator quit working and we had to haul all luggage and gear down from the 3rd floor to the basement garage. It was malfunctioning the day before as well. |

Great place! 4 ppl stayed for a ski vacation.
Pros: Clean, Easy walk to Main St, Fairly Easy walk to lift, Quiet, Comfortable, FULLY equipped, Elevator, 2 Patios look to trees on the East side of the condo.
Cons: Pool/Hot tubs are a short walk in the cold (but nice once there), Couldn't figure out the fireplace (no big deal), Hot water could have been turned up a tad - 4 Showers pretty well used it up.
Will definitely try to stay here again! |

Absolutely great place to stay. My friends, and I searched for comfort and affordibility, and this condo fit both. Nicely remodeled, and it shows. With most places, the actual condo does not fit the pictures shown. That was certainly not the case at Mountainwood 305. What you see, is what you get, and more. We were pleasently surprised with the location as well. It is not a true ski-in and ski-out, but it is less then a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9. I went with 3 other guy friends, and there was plenty of space. It would fit 5-6 people comfortably. I would recommend this unit to anyone, and I would absolutely stay there again

| The condo is beautifully appointed with luxurious furnishings and amenities. The owners are very kind and approachable and had decorated the condo for us for Christmas which we appreciated very much. It is quite conveniently located for the Quiksilver Lift (about a 10 minute walk) and very convenient for Main Street. For visitors from the UK however, the biggest disadvantage is not having a landline phone in the condo. We had to use our UK mobile phone for local and toll free calls which are free in the US. Unfortunately, during our stay we ended up with a phone bill of over $300 as we had several airline and health issues which necessitated a lot of calls. Also, as the only entry to the Mountainwood building is via a security code door, and there is no reception, we felt quite isolated as there was nowhere to go for answers to our queries. The Resort Manager was very helpful, but again, because of a lack of telephone we either had to ring or text him using our mobile. We had a laptop with us but we couldn't get connected as it kept asking for a password and the Resort Manager was unable to provide us with the necessary information to get the connection. For people familiar with Breckenridge, it is a lovely place to stay. |
