Everything from the booking of our vacation to the place we stayed was absolutely excellent! Southern Resorts did an outstanding job catering to our needs in booking our vacation and helping out in any way possible. The condo we stayed in was by far the nicest and best place any of us have ever stayed. The location of Ocean Reef was perfect distance to everything. Just a few miles from Walmart one way and Pier Park the other. If I had to say something that was least liked...it would have to be the parking deck at Ocean Reef. I isn't wide enough to make the turns (even in my car). It wasn't bad at all, just a little unsafe b/c there were no mirrors to see if anything was coming from another direction. Other than that, everything was beyond perfect. Thanks Southern Resort! We look forward to vacationing with you again in the future!!!

We stayed at the Ocean Reef 2301 over Labor Day, 2009. We had a great stay. It is a very well decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo. The parking situation is a little confusing at first but then the instructions are in your condo. The condo had almost everything we needed. (It lacked simple things like a cookie sheet that would of come in handy when we were cooking from the condo) Other than that, it was great.
Also, be aware that at this condo the pool area closes at 10. We went out to search for crabs around 9:30 and when we returned we were locked out. We couldn't even get back into the area for the elevators.. we had to hop over the gate because it was locked!
Overall, it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay here again! Who ever designed this condo and did the decorating.. did a fabulous job! It is just so beautiful.. we loved everything about it. |

| Super nice condo for a large family or two small families. Very nicely decorated and well furnished. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and many other activities. The keyless entry was nice and we didn't have to worry about someone misplacing keys. Luggage carts to use when checking in and out would help. Very easy working with Mr. Gregory and Southern Resorts. Hope to stay here again. |

| My family of 30 plus vacations in Panama City Beach every year A bit skeptical when we chose Southern Resorts for the first time. Upon arrival at the premises I was nervous and apprehensive because I chose the condo this year. When we walked in the condos were beautiful with modern decor, exceeding expectations. We rented three condos and every one was given rave reviews. The comfortable beds afforded every a pleasant night sleep. The location near Margaritaville courts, supermarkets, entertainment, and the beach was great. My family unanimously wants to stay at Southern Resorts next year. |

| The accommodations were very clean and well-maintained. Our party of eight had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each others' way. There were no problems with any of the appliances and all of the televisions, DVD players, etc. worked well and provided enjoyable entertainment. The location, just a mile from Pier Park, was excellent. The beach was not overly crowded and was kept clean. Security personnel were on site and visible and were friendly and helpful. The only negative comments pertain to exiting the premises into Front Beach Road traffic. This proved tricky. In the room, some amenities we would have expected were not provided, such as soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and paper towels. This did present a minor inconvenience, but did not detract from the stay in any major way. We would definitely consider this property again for future vacation stays. |

| Found on VRBO.com Property was basically just fine as was property management. Bad weather but can't help that. Thank goodness for the indoor pool. Love the parking under the building as opposed to across the street. Love the keyless entry. Did not like that there was no pantry and the dryer did not dry clothes and no luggage carts. Rough water flags need to be more visible from this property. Did not like street drainage on beach. Others we met here were all very nice. Good sized property...not too big, not too small. Nice chair guy. |
