Vacation Rental Description
The only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a park-like setting! Bedding: King bed, Queen bed, 2 Twin futons, Twin bed, Queen sofa sleeper. You enter the unit and there is a bathroom with a shower only. Go upstairs to the living room where there is a queen sleeper-sofa, gas free standing stove, TV w/VCR and stereo with CD. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, TV, and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and jetted tub combination that is also accessible from the hall there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs there is an exposed loft with a queen bed and a twin futon. Upstairs on the top floor is a child’s room with a twin bed and a twin futon. Ski storage in hallway. Telluride Lodge has a common indoor hot tub for guest use only that is located on the south side of the middle (400) building by the check-in office. Parking at Telluride Lodge is outdoor and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

| We recently rented Telluride Lodge #518 for 4 days while our high school baseball team had a tournament. The lodge was very nice, clean and convenient to "house" 6 boys and their chaperones. We appreciate the lodge and the willingness to fulfill our needs. Thanks again. |

| I'm so glad you enjoyed your condo. The Telluride Lodge is located on the west end of town, so the walk to the festival grounds is longer than the walk from properties located east of the gondola. We also book properties on the east end of town, so please keep that in mind when booking for Bluegrass 2010. |

| Excellent location, walking distance to slopes, on bus stop, next to a market. Units clean and nicely appointed. Primary bedrooms large and functional, small bedrooms appropriate for children or 1 adult. |
