The nearest subway is less than a 4 minute walk away, on 28th Street and Park Avenue.

The apartment, with its own private balcony and amazing views, is on the twenty first floor of a new luxury doorman controlled building, and sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms, there are two full bathrooms. It is decorated in a modern, chic style reflecting the quality of the new building and its prized location.

The living room (15ft x 11ft, 4.6m x 3.4m) has a couch, two easy chairs and a chaise lounge as well as a large flat screen television with a DVD player, the views are simply spectacular.

A... door gives access to the private balcony where there is a small table and two chairs.

Between the living room and the kitchen is a "breakfast nook" with a tall table and 3 tall chairs.

The kitchen is very modern with all of the newest appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

There is a full closet available for storage and an en-suite bathroom with a large tub, overhead shower, and wash basin.

The second bedroom (11ft9 x 11ft, 3.6m x 3.4m), which also doubles as a study, is situated separately from the living room and master bedroom making it ideal for families or for 2 couples who enjoy their privacy.

This room has a comfortable fold-out sofa with a large double mattress (4ft6, 1.38m). There is also a desk with chair and wireless internet access and a phone (local calls only). This bedroom shares the same amazing views the other rooms have and also looks out onto the private balcony.

There is a second full bath next to the second bedroom, with large tub, overhead shower and wash basin.
