This quaint little condo was perfectly located, with River view, and a great fireplace and bathroom. Perfect for a cozy couple, who likes to cook, be active and be in the heart of downtown. I would highly recommend this to lovers and small family's alike. Taking a break from the nightlife, sitting be the river window and listening to the stream was a highlight of every afternoon. Then it was a quick walk to the club scene, where you can get your dance on, your wine on, and your party in line. This offers the best of both worlds, in the best mountain town in the world. Aspen,Colorado!

We enjoyed staying in this unit. It was located on the river and was very peaceful.

The condo was fine. Great to be looking over the Roaring Fork. Three things detracted from our stay:
* the condo was darker than i expected;
* if i'd known half of it looked onto Cooper/Hwy 82, i would have looked a bit harder for a slightly better location;
* had problems using the wifi to get and stay online - poor connection More...

We have been using Frias for many years, and have found them extremely reliable and competent. Their agent, Andrew, suggested this unit, which we liked from the website.
However, the experience of staying in the unit was even better than the promise of the photos. It was roomy, had a very comfortable sitting area around the fireplace, a separate area for dining, and a very well equipped and functional kitchen. The bedroom was also large, as was the bath/dressing room. All the comforts of home + a lovely view of the snowy river out back, and an easy walk to the grocery store and gondola.
It was our favorite one bedroom in Aspen, and also favorably priced.

We have coming to Aspen for a Fall vacation for the last 8 years. We find the off season very relaxing and we try to time our visit to the changing of the colors of the Aspens.

Our stay was great. The unit we stayed in was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also located to easy access of the downtown city area.

All in all it was one of our best visits. More...
