We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and amazingly close to cross country skiing with stunning views of the mountains. Would suggest some cozy blankets for energy savings though.

the house and location we fantastic. very confortable and plenty of room. the views from the porch were great. almost too much snow which made it hard to get in and out of driveway, could use more equipment to deal with the ice and snow only had 1 snow shovel and nothing to break up the ice. that was my only complant about the place, not that it was that bad of a problem to have since that is why we went to colorado. the town is very laid back and friendly. the hot spring and sking well bring me back and if this house is open on the date i would rent it again. i will highly recommend this house to all my friends and family. would love to come in the summer and bring my bike. great roads to ride there More...

Great views. Easy access to CR160. Just what a mountain home should be.

The neighborhood was quiet and filled with humming birds.

I highly recommend both Vista Grande and Pagosa Central. Everything was as advertised, or better.

This is a beautiful home. It was spotless, and well maintained. The decor is lovely, and the deck....I LOVED the deck...we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner out there...with views of the mountains and Hatcher Lake.
We will definately return and give this home our highest recommendation. I also wanted to comment on the excellent maintenance service. We had a plumbing problem and the service man was there within 10 minutes, was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and even gave us fishing tips!

We had the opportunity to stay at Vista Grande this summer and enjoyed the mountain and lake views everyday. The home is nicely decorated and feels very comfortable for two families. The outdoor fireplace added an extra enjoyment. We were close to the golf course as well as fishing.
