All units have fully equipped kitchens with all appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer. They are located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach which has some of the Grand Strand's most beautiful and widest stretches of beach. | Very relaxing week of vacation. Housekeeping was excellent which is a problem we have been encountering for the last few years with other big rental companies....friendly & helpful staff. Very pleased with condo. Could use a few additions to kitchen and consideration of a better mattress in the master bedroom but overall very pleased and we will be back!! |

| My only complaints are that the owner needs to replace the dishes, some are chipped and there isn't even a full service for four. The non-stick pots and pans also need to be replaced because they are all scratched. I would recommend not having non-stick ones at all because renters are not careful when using them. The coffee pot neds to be replaced because the base is rusted. Other than that the unit itself is lovely, well maintained and has a good view for an ocean view unit. |

| This is a very nice condo and very relaxing. We were a little disappointing that the 6th floor hot tubs and baby pool were out of order but the ocean side tubs still worked. I understand things break and the contractors were out on monday refinishing the area. The Condo is just steps away from the beach so you can make easy trips to your room if you need to refill the cooler. Overall we were happy and would stay their again. Also the "ocean view" was nice and it allowed us to see the sunrise. |

| I enjoy cooking in. The unit could use a little more kitchen items,a few more dishes,pot holders and pans. Guests should really be careful of others peoples belongings. Overall a wonderful place and would stay there again. |

| The overall condition of the condo is nice, we had to go out purchase items to cook with, there were no pot holders, and there were utensils missing. The carpet transfer piece had sharp edges sticking up, and the masterbedroom mattress could use an upgrade. Overall it was nice just needs a few things done to make it much better. I would rent it again. |

| The unit (801) was very nice. When I opened the door for the first time, I was very impressed with what I saw. My stay here was a good one. The only negative was that the ceiling fan in bedroom #2 did not work. I went to North Beach Realty and reported this and they said they would send someone to look at it. Well, that never happened. It got very hot in that room in the evening. |

Bed in master had large indention on one side. Someone had taken the small light bulbs out of the master BR lamps to use in master bath, replaced these so we could see in bathroom. AT 3AM, smoke detector started chirping, because battery was dead/low. Coffee cups had chips.
Couch was not comfortable, sagged.

| We had a blast! The condo was great, the view was beautiful, the management was perfect, and our time there was priceless! Our two small boys (3yrs & 18 months)loved having their own space and I never want to vacation any other way! It was a bit of a drive to some of the more popular attractions, but at the price it could not have been better! Very Happy! Overall 5 stars! |
