Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a new condominium building with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Double beds, 4 Twin beds and a sofa sleeper, sleeping from 10- 12 people. There is a excellent ocean view from this 9th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25” flat screen TV with a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as a computer with Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is the gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glassed in exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. There is also a pool room on premises.

| You cannot get more at Myrtle Beach for the money. This was a roomy, clean condo with an excellent view. Very pleased with it. |

| Our stay was FABULOUS!!!. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff at North Beach Realty was very helpful, and met all of our needs. We were on the 9th floor, so our view of the ocean was wonderful. A mere walk across the street and we were at the beach......every day we were there. We would definitely stay there again. |

| Our family really enjoyed the Condo at Malibu Pointe 901. It was very spacious and very updated. We had a wonderful view of the ocean in the living room and in the Master bedroom. You really can't see the oceanview good on the internet site that shows pictures of the condo but the view is great. Would recommend this Condo to all my friends and family. Hope to get to come back next year. |

| We were very happy with everything except the cooking pans. We purchased 2 cookie sheets and 1 skillet so that we could cook. There was only 1 large bowl so we needed to purchase some plastic bowls too. Everything else was very nice. |
