| Other than the tricky door and lack of "non stick" frypans, and the internet not working a lot of the time and no help from Seaside Vacations, the condo was wonderful. Stayed with numerous guests and everyone really enjoyed their stay. The balcony is wonderful and the condo is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this place to others, but would hope that the internet situation has been sorted out. |

| This is our 3rd trip to the Mar Vista, and 4th to Myrtle Beach. The home was decorated beautifully and the accommodations were top notch and fit our needs. The only cons were: the rugs were so dirty. With having a 2 year old and a 4 year old who played on the floor (vs. on the furniture) we had to lay blankets out so they could play. The kitchen metal kitchen table and chairs were not as stable as we would of liked. Lastly, the master bath room shower tiles need a good cleaning. There's mold, and soap scum all through the grout. For such a nice establishment and significant financial investment, If i were the owners, I would look into getting a MUCH better cleaning crew. We will be back to Mar Vista again next year. |

Our entire family loved our vacation at the Mar Vista. The building had great amenities with a convenient location. The oceanfront view was spectacular.
Our unit was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home.
We would definitely recommend the Mar Vista Grande and would stay there again.
Our only complaint would be the size of the outdoor pool. As nice as all of the different pools were, the outdoor pool should be bigger for a building this size.
Check in and check out with Seaside Vacations was quite smooth. Thank you! |

| The Penthouse unit is perfect for a getaway that combines the beach, golfing and nightly activities in the Myrtle Beach area. The condo has plenty of room, is nicely decorated and contains all the amenities that a vacationer might need. The nicest thing I can say is that we feel like we are home when we stay there. |

| Wonderful experience from beginning to end. LOVE the Mar Vista Grande. The unit itself was very nicely furnished and well accomodated. This was our first vacation at Myrtle Beach as opposed to the North Carolina beaches, in honor of our daughter who was graduating from high school this spring. Great shopping, food and golf available for all of us to enjoy. And the people at Seaside were fantastic to deal with and very patient with us as we had a health situation in our family come up at the last minute. I would recommend this unit as well as Seaside for a very relaxing, personal, friendly and helpful vacation experience. |
