| My family and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the last 25 years. The Mar Vista is the best condo that we have stayed in during our stay in Myrtle Beach. The rooms are clean, neat, and spacious. The amenities are excellent and we would highly recommend the Mar Vista to all. |

| We loved the condo! It had plenty of room and everything was relatively new..We loved the view. My only complaint was not about the condo but about the beach...often very dirty at night (litter). Other than that the place was great! |

We spent a week at the Mar Vista. Our unit was even more beautiful than the pictures on the website showed. This was our first time staying right on the beach, and our family loved it. The view from the balcony was great, and it was wonderful to just walk down and out to the beach.
It was a little difficult to find lounge chairs during the day, because you have people who get up early and save them for the whole day. Since the weather was warm we typically hung out in the pool, so it wasn't a real issue for us.
It also is a 30 minute drive to most attractions and major shopping since it is on the north end, but it's worth it.
I wouldn't hesitate go back again. We really enjoyed ourselves. |

| I had rented a different property from Seaside Vacations originally. However, upon arrival I was greatly disappointed with it. The place had a terrible odor and was very dirty and worn out. I placed a call to Seaside's office to explain the condition of our place and how disappointed I was in it. They listened and to my surprise they moved us into the Mar Vista property. Wow!!!! it was so beautiful. It was everything the other place wasn't. The whole place was immaculate and the ammenities were outstanding. I would use the gym every morning and then hit the beach after. The children especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. And finally the views...We had a breathtaking view of the ocean from our balcony,which came equipped with a table and chairs. Overall I would rate the Mar Vista A++++++ and would highly recommend it to everyone. |

I have stayed in North Myrtle Beach in several different resorts for many years but this was the finest resort and accomodations that I have had. The other resorts were nice but this was just a little bit better. My daughter, son-in-law and three children were delighted and did not want to go home after the one week. The condo was spacious and offered plenty of privacy for the seven of us. The bedrooms were large and each had a TV and bathroom and plenty of beds. We are talking about doing two weeks next year in the same resort and same condo.
I would highly recommend The Mar Vista Resort for a family vacation for anyone who loves the beach and the ocean. |
