When we first got there the place was a big mess, food on walls and stuff all over the floors in all rooms. I over looked that because they let us in early, however we did not have cable or internet. They did get that fixed..Every day we were there the elevator was out at least once a day..The patio furniture was broken however they did take care of that.Tuesday the water was shut off in the hole building for non payment of bill, however I was sent a check... Place is beautiful just needs some up keep I also think it is time for new furniture..Couch and chair at the least. People did put holes in the living room tables but they are still good..I would do something different in the front entrance as you walk in..and get rid of the red carpet..it just is filled with sand.. Also needs a new sweeper.. We tightened all the screws on the bunkbeds and 4 door handles came off but maintance also fixed them in a timely manner. Also someone broke the vanity door in the bedroom however they did take care of that also.. All and all it is a very nice place and I understand the owners have not been there in awhile or at all, however alot of little things need fixed and the house keeping crew needs talked to or switched because that was not acceptable, there was even boogers on the walls, we did buy cleaning supplies but who wants to go on vacation and clean.. I will say that the people at Seaside Vacation did a wonderful job with making sure that everything was fixed in a very timley manner. They were also very nice every time I called.. Our family enjoyed the 7 day stay at the rental. Everything was in order from the beginning of our vacation.The Condo was in excellant condition and we were furnished with all the necessay appliances necessay to enjoy our stay.

WOW WHAT A VACATION! We searched 100's of rental listings before we found this property.The pictures and description were appealing and speaking to the owner sealed the deal.Great guy!This is an awesome condo with a spectacular view of the ocean.The advertisement does not do this place justice!This condo is huge with an open floor plan.Bedrooms are large with plenty of privacy.One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.
Just cross the street to the beach, relax in a private pool and jacuzzi or kick back on the balcony and enjoy the sight sound and smell of the ocean!Conveniently located to pretty much anything you could want to do.We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in '09.We highly recommend this property,you won't be disappointed! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
