| This place was perfect for our vacation! Very neat and clean and fairly updated for a small cape property. I can be fairly picky about the places that I stay and the bathroom didn't creap me out and I wasn't nervous about sleeping in the bed. Close to the beach and Sundae School! Great area for taking walks. If you are looking for a yard/place to grill this might not be the place for you. |

This was the PERFECT cottage for us! It is almost brand new and exceptionally clean! The furnishings were wonderful, the beds comfy, just perfect! : ) We enjoyed cooking and grilling and sitting outside after a long day at the beach. It even has an outside shower to get all that sand off!
I look forward to renting it again! Plus it's just around the corner from The Sundae School... yummy!!!
