Real nice house in great neighborhood, close to the beach, yet not a beach house.
Easy walk in any direction. Good for families.
Market bears the price.....an average value at what we paid.....It had everything we needed, just a bit on the high side to repeat |

This house is beautiful. We have been going to the Cape as a family for 8 years and this is the third house we've rented and by far the nicest. Plenty of room, beautfifully maintained inside and out. Quiet street.
The 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer are a great feature.
Wish the private beach was bigger. Last summer we had a problem with seaweed. A few days the beach was completely covered, had to go to the public beach next door.
Other than that, no complaints. Would highly recommend the house. |
