Perfect Dennis Vacation House |

| This is the third house we've rented in Dennis since the summer of 2003. We've rented this house since 2007 and we have already reserved our week for 2009. The best thing about the house is the large, shaded, fenced in yard. It's perfect for relaxing with a nice cold beer after a hard day at the beach. Other amenities that make this house exceptional are central air conditioning and cable internet and TV (with premium channels). The house is very well maintained and the furniture and beds are in good, clean condition. The washer and dryer are relatively new as well. We also like the location between route 28 and the beach (only a mile to the beautiful West Dennis Beach)and it's proximity to the many stores, restaurants and attractions in the Dennis/Yarmouth area. We have 2 teenaged girls and they absolutely love it as well. On top of all that, it's a very good value. |

This location is great!
Since our main reasons for renting this particular house were Internet access and central air, our expectations were met.
It's a neat, clean house with a plenty of space outside - kids were playing volleyball.
Also, an owner of the house took care of trash removal. Trash bins were hidden inside of the big wooden box, so even during the hot weather there was no smell at all. And he removed all trash by himself regularly which was really appreciated. Also, it was extremely easy to access all shops and eateries .
I would highly recommend this location! 5 stars! )))) |

This location is great!
