| Beautifully kept property. Improvements made every year. A couple of minutes from the beach. I like the fact it's on a dead end road. Really quiet. The other properties on the road are nicely kept. I would recommend the propert to anyone! |

We have been going to the Cape for almost 25 years now - going from rental to rental looking for the perfect spot. We finally found it about 6 years ago at 23 Shirley Ave. The cottage is about a 5 min. walk to the beach which pleases my husband. It sits in a lovely shaded area which pleases me.
The owners make changes/upgrades just about every year which only enhance our vacation stay. There's plenty of space but we live in the family room off the kitchen. And the new patio makes eating outside and entertaining great.
The house is always clean and welcoming on our arrival. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms make balmy nights comfortable. The new loft in the living room brings in so much light making the living room brighter.
The location is key. You're close to shopping, restaurants, bike trails, boat/kayak rentals - you name it, it's close by!
We are also very pleased with the service we received from Martha Murray Real Estate. From first finding this wonderful place for us to filling up the gas grill tank when it's empty - they're very accommodating and helpful.
