| I spent the week with my two children and their families and 2 extra kids. The house was large enough for all to do their thing without disturbing others. The views were gorgeous, the furnishings and gadgets supplied more than adequate to make it fell like home. The kids loved the beach and spent all day every day near the water. My only regret was the steep decent to the beach. I had injured my leg in March and was unable to join the family at all in their funf in the sun due to the steep stairs down. This is probably information that needs to be included in the listing for older renters because it made a big difference to me. For anyone who can handle the stairs, the house was fantastic and relatively inexpensive for the number that it accommodates. |

We have rented this vacation home for five years for a generational
family vacation ... and we absolutely love it! Our grandchildren ask
every year when we are going to return! They have practically
grown up there ... and consider it "their home" for the week. The
house is spacious ... with a place for the family to congregate for
meals, games, and all types of fun and a place for anyone to retreat
to a quiet place if they want. The house is always in tiptop shape
when we arrive ... clean and usually updated from the previous year.
The location is perfect ... oceanside with a wonderful lawn for the
children to play. We rarely leave the property since everything we
could possibly want in a vacation is right there. When we do leave,
we are close to any entertainment we could want, including
shopping, eateries, go-karts, miniature golf, etc.
FYI, we bring an extra coffee pot so all the adults can enjoy a
morning cup of coffee together.
So, enjoy this property and enjoy ...just please don't take the week
we want!!!
