Condo rental #113 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is tile throughout the unit. The pool and Destin's beach are conveniently located outside your 1st floor walk out balcony. You will be just steps away from Destin's Beach. All units are non-smoking.This unit has opened up the kitchen to allow a view into the living areas with recessed lighting in the kitchen and new bedspread in the master bedroom.

We accomodated this guest although we have a 3 night minimum. It is posted that there is an $80 clean up fee for stays shorter than 3 nights. We reduced this cleaning charge to the lesser rate of $50.00 For stays under 3 nights we recommend that the guest stay at one of the local hotels.
Wonderful Home
The Islander Unit 113 Gulf View
This was a wonderful home to stay in, especially when you have littel kids. I liked that the management was really friendly,the place is very clean and neat ,the furniture is like new, it was nice to have tiles in the condo, and the setting of the location. We were able to keep an eye on our kids at the pool; while we were inside or on the poorch. It was an experience that we will not forget. We have some wonderful memories for our family to look back at. The Islander is a home for everyone! More...
