This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #114 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is tile throughout the unit with new carpet in both bedrooms. The pool and Destin's beach are conveniently located outside your 1st floor walk out balcony. You will be just steps away from Destin's Beach. All units are non-smoking.Condo 114 has recently been professionally redecorated. The living room features new living room sofa's and chair with a new 32" flat screen TV. The kitchen has new granite counter tops. The dining room chairs and bar stools have been reupholstered. Both bedrooms have new mattresses and carpet. There is also new state of the art LED indirect lighting, electrical, and plumbing

Yes our beach is not a large as it used to be, however, it was due to be renourished over Memorial Weekend, and then it was delayed to mid June, and of course at that time the BP oil crisis was in full swing and the dredger went off to Louisiana to build berms. We are now expecting the renourishment to occur in Mid September. As soon as this occurs we will post pictures on our web site and facebook pages.
We are amazed that this guest could find lower rates and better deals on Holiday Isle as the Chamber of Commerce and TDC will confirm that we had without doubt the lowest rates on Holiday Isle.

The service was great and the home was perfect. It was our 1st time in Florida and I don't care if I see any other part of it because Destin was beautiful. The location was great, our son was graduating from Eglin AFB and we were about 30 mins. from there.It was easy to get around and so much to do right in that area. The sand is white and the gulf is clear. We took advantage of the golf course that offered a free round with the purchase of another. We loved swimming in the gulf, walking the beaches and having the pool right off our patio. I do think that the use of the beach chairs should be part of your rental.

DESTIN 2010
Destin 2010 was awesome. The weather was GREAT and we
enjoyed the amenities as well. It was very relaxing, and we
enjoyed tennis, shuffleboard, and grilling out. Other than
than the jellyfish, the BEACH was fantastic. We swam and
kayaked and played on the sand. We love Destin and we hope
to continue our annual Spring Break here. More...

SUPER LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS
DUE TO A CHANGE IN FAMILY TRAVELING PLANS,
WE ACTUALLY STAYED IN UNIT 116. SUCH GREAT
ACCESS TO THE POOL, WITH CHILDREN, YOU COULD
WATCH THEM FROM THE PATIO. GREAT ACCESS TO
THE BBQ AREA. LOVED THE FIRST FLOOR LOCATION.
EASY ACCESS TO ALL THE SIGHTS AND RESTAURANTS.
WOULD RENT AGAIN FOR SURE.
