CHECK OUT TIME 10AM??? This is the off season!! Then they offered for $50 to stay for an extra 3 hours!! Guys, that's just CHEAP!!

Beautiful and clean room, but cheap soap and no shampoos. Come on...

We all were pleased with our stay, and I think all 3 families are ready to move there. The weather was just great, the property was great & the people were really nice and very helpful. We liked that time of the year, & are planning to go back at that time. If you have some real good bargins at that time of the year, I am very interested in coming back next year. This was our first time to stay in Pensacola Beach. I have a Portrait Photography Business and was needing a good location between Destin and Orange Beach. Pensacola was nestled perfectly in between. This particular condo was so incredibly nice. It was exceptionally large and wonderfully decorated. It had everything we needed. The pools were fabulous. It was such a quick walk over to the beach...a big plus with a 2 year old. It was conveniently located to all the restaurants
and shopping.
I also cannot speak highly enough of Southern Resorts. They worked so hard to find just what I was looking for! I will definately try to stay here again and will work with Southern Resorts for my next stay.

The condo was beautiful! The unit was in the
middle of the building and looked over the pool
facilities and a breathtaking view of the gulf.

However...The building is like fort knox! You have
to have codes to get into the parking lot (which we
had problems opening a few times) then a code to
get into the building, a code for the elevators and
finally a code to get into the unit, which was
different then all other codes and the card key
didn't work on the door. Now to get to the
beach/pool you had to go through door codes to get
out to the pool/beach and fitness center. Pool
closed at 9:00 however, the card-key access code to
get to the pool didn't work at 8:00. We were stuck
out poolside the first night and had to walk around
the building to get back in! I called the agency
and they forwarded my concern to the "onsite
property management", who never called back.

Another negative was cell phones didn't work unless
you were outside at the very end of the balcony.

Below the balcony was a patio-like rooftop that was
trashy - stuff had fallen to this area and was very
visable from the balcony.

Was a great place to stay- better than the pictures. One suggestion is to have more extra towels and linens available. Would love to make it a yearly tradition.
