Comfortable for the budget-minded
My husband and I recently returned. The condo suited our needs. It was clean, quiet and ideally located. The size is just fine for 2 adults and is equipped for light cooking. Great location with excellent beach access and proximity to shops at Coligny. Wireless internet worked great and my husband enjoyed all the cable channels (who watches TV on vacation??). Breakers is an older complex and shows it's age in a few areas. The pool was small and not that inviting - but we were there for the ocean, not the pool. After looking at many Breakers rentals I'm glad we chose this one - the updates were nicer than most. Owner is very responsive. Rent with confidence.

Nice, but....
First let me say that Breakers 112 is a nice Condo, however the maid service for this unit leaves something to be desired. We arrived to a very unclean Condo: Counter tops were dirty, toilet had dried urine on the back of it, the carpet was badly stained and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. We went straight to the grocery store and bought clorox wipes and lysol. We contacted Sea Turtle Getaways for a new shower curtain liner in which they sent up promptly.
Even though the Condo says 2-4 people and we listed 2 adults and 2 children when we rented, we were initially only given enough towels for 2 people, we called for more and we were told that this unit was only a 2 person unit and therefore we were only allowed towels for 2 people. We were fine with that since we had a washer and dryer we could make due, however when we went to wash the towels we discovered the washer did not work. We contacted Sea Trutle Getaways and they sent out a repairman to fix the washer, unfortunately it needed a part that had to be ordered, so we had to contact Sea Turtle Getaways again to request additional towels at which this time they were quick to oblige and had them sent directly up.
The Condo itself faces the ocean and is nicely decorated. It is probably more suited for a couple versus a family, as the living area can be a little tight even with small children.
Parking is also tight and there are no elevators, so staying on the first floor was nice. Since the Breakers is actually on stilts, you have to climb one flight of steps to get to the first floor. Carrying luggage from the vehicle to the room can be quite exhausting in the 90+ degree heat, especially if you are unable to park close to your unit.
I'm torn on wheter I would rent at the Breakers again in the future, but mainly because of the size of the Condo for a family of 4. It was a little cramped and we will probably look for something in the future with 2 bedrooms.

Happy Spot!
We have stayed at a couple of different places in the last couple of years, but this time we wanted to be right on the beach and this was all that we wanted and more!!
We got up every morning and walked the beach after having coffee on our own balcony..
We walked to breakfast every morning and supper in the evenings, everything was so close.
We would recommend it to anyone.
This home is beautiful and has everything you need and want!
Enjoy! More...

Great location
This was a clean, update, very nice place to stay: right on the beach, close to dining, entertainment, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. More...
