Just like having a home at the beach |

We like to go to Hilton Head in the fall because it is less crowded
and the weather is usually milder. My husband loves to fish and I
am not much of a "sun bunny" but we both love the serenity of a
quiet place on the water. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandson
came for two days and the home was perfect for all of us. Being
able to go down to the pool right out our door was really handy.
Front desk service was excellent with good instructions. The home
was clean and well appointed. The beds were quite comfortable.
There were just minor problems (4 TV remotes but none worked, a
screen door off the tracks and I would have enjoyed a small non-
stick fry pan) - but these were all minor inconveniences. The condo
did have plenty of everything else including a beautiful view of the
water from the patio, living room and master bedroom. This was
the first time we had stayed at South Beach and I feel sure it won't
be our last. We would rent this 3 BR condo again. Thanks to the
owners for making it available. |

Great vacation |

| This was our 4th summer in HH and by far the best location/unit that we have stayed in. It was the first time we stayed right on the beach, affordable due to the poor economy. The unit was great, no problems whatsoever. It was perfect being on the lower level with direct access to the pool. The location was fantastic. We love South Beach. Lots to do and see. |

Convenient to everything. |

Location. Location. Location. This was the best place to stay with four teenagers. The pool was right out our back door with our own entrance to the pool. The beach is close and you can see the water from the balcony. The shops and Salty Dog Cafe are right across the street. The home was spacious, convenient and very nice.
However, the bathroom setup is misleading. There are two full baths. They are both located inside two bedrooms. The half bath is more for guests. The third bedroom is very small. Therefore, the place sleeps 6 people, but it's a little tight. The bathrooms don't accomodate six people well and the two people in the twin bedroom have nowhere to put their stuff. Perhaps you could put a dresser in the closet. If they could add a shower to the half bath, it would be a huge improvement.
However, the place was wonderful and we loved it. We would stay there again with 6 people. It's just good to know going shower space for 6 is tight, but a great place for a family. |

| The property is located overlooking the pool and the sea. Beautiful views of both. You can see everything going on at the pool but still have the privacy. The house is spacious and very open and relaxing. Would absolutely return. We love Sea Pines. |
