We didn't have enough toilet paper, or kitchen towel were none.
Towels they supply were bare minimum qty so that we needed to wash and
dry everyday. Not enough to take a hot tub outside and shower inside with
dry towel. I wish they had enough towels in the closet.

The worst part was beds with dog smell.
it was not horrible but noticeable.
In details,, bed in master bedroom had dog smell.... and The 2 twins in one
of the bedrooms had black dog hairs on the sheets which we needed to
wash again to feel OK about sleeping.

Other than that, house was clean, functioning, and nice layout for large
party to stay.

At the end of the trip, we all had good time and appreciate the owner to
offer this house for renting.

This was a great location, central to the coast and wine country and just outside of Guerneville which proved to be a very colorful and fun town. The home was clean and well suited for 3 couples. The pool was closed but we thouroughly enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. We were all a little perplexed that the house came with exactly 6 bath towels and found the requirement to do all our dishes and unload the dishwasher prior to leaving a bit harsh. They actully threatened a fine if dishes were left in the dishwasher even if they were clean. "House keeping does not do dishes" and then they ask that you start a load of laundry before you leave to help house keeping out. Being unable to leave for the airport becasue the dishwasher is still runing was a bit of a burden when renting a vacation home and paying for cleaning services.

Thanks so much for a great Russian River experience. Sunny Skies was so
comfortable, and it was great having a pool, hot tub, decks, barbecue, ping
pong table, games and kayaks. We were out on the water everyday, and my
kids had a ball. The pool is perfect for young kids as it has a shallow end and
isn't huge. I did a lot of cooking in the lovely kitchen, which is right off the
upper deck. It's a nice walk to the water, and the community there was very

House and amenities were great. Service was good. Very comfortable and homey. Pool could have been a little cleaner. Yard was well groomed and decks were well taken care of. We plan on returning next year. I liked the kayaks and the closeness of the river. More...

me and my family decided to get out of town the last weekend in august. i rented sunny skies because of the large deck areas, we could eat and cook out side. my 2 grandchildren, my son and his wife and my other son spent hours in the pool, playing pingpong and just enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. we didn't hear a car go by or any noise. my 2 sons took the kyacks down to the river in the evening. my 2 dogs even just kicked back and layed out on the deck, they never barked once!!! the house was very clean, everything we needed. we also enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. the only thing i didn't check before was airconditioning, but the fans cooled the house off, so it was still fine.overall we would go back again and had a wonderful family time.
