This home has a reverse floorplan and two master suites. It has ceiling fans, 3 color cable TV's, 2 DVD's, 2 VCR's, internet access porta crib, high chair, permanent grill, sundecks and gas fireplace. An elevator is available for those with demonstrated need. The master bedroom and bath on the first floor have been built to accomodate a wheelchair.

| Our family has stayed at Sunset Beach regularly every three years for the past twelve years, people coming from all over the country. Two years ago, I had an accident and a spinal cord injury, leaving me paraplegic and confined to a wheelchair. We thought our beach vacations were over. It was so great to find a rental that was handicapped accessible. Dunes day is a great house, and the elevator, and the roll in shower were terrific! The floor plan is great. The only changes I would make is to make a small portable ramp to get over the thresholds of the sliding doors to the decks, and change the hand held shoer handle so that it reaches all the way to the bench in the shower. Otherwise, it's awesome for wheelchair bound people. I hope to be able to rent it again for our next trip. |

| Dunes Day is a beautiful home right on the beach. Its 2 master suites suit our family so well. The elevator is also an added bonus. We hope to return. |

| First of all Sunset Beach is a wonderful beach; it is very family oriented, not crowded, not commercialized. Dunes Day is a wonderful beach house; I have rented it for the last 4 years. It is right on the ocean so it has a beautiful view. You can enjoy the ocean without actually walking down to the ocean. The house is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. I love the reverse floor plan with the living area on the top level. I also love the fact that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. You will not be disappointed in these accomodations. |

| This house it very dear to us. We have been visiting Sunset Beach for about 30 years. My parents orginially bought a house there around 1969 or 1970. We tore down the old house in 2003 and built what is there now. If you go inside the house you will see pictures of the orginial structure. There are also many touches from the old house such as wainscotting from panel in the old house. There is a view from the top deck which cannot be matched anywhere else on the beach. We hope you enjoy your stay at what is to us our old home place. |

| We have been coming to Sunset Beach, NC for the last 11 years and this is the second year in a row that we rented Dunes Day #704. The first year we came we rented on one of the side streets. The second year we rented on the oceanfront and we won't rent anywhere else. The proximity and easy access back and forth from the beach is why we rent on the ocean. The weather this year was perfect (about 80-82 degrees each day). The house we rented for the last two years(Dunes Day) has an elevator(we have a child with a disability). This is one big reason why we rent this house, along with the reverse floorplan and beautiful view of the ocean from our top deck. The beach is always clean and is perfect for family vacations(very quiet and relaxing at night, very busy during the day). Our house this week had a couple of air-conditioning problems, but they were taken care of very promply. I reccommend this area very highly as a vacation destination. You will not be disappointed. |
