| we had a great time. the house was nice and close to the beach. the beach access was a plus. The kids and adults enjoyed the brightly painted outside shower. |

What more can we say. It is really a little peice of heaven on earth.
The only complaint we have this year is that we were not able to rent the same week next year because of the date shift by the rental company. |

close walk to beach |

Another great vacation at Sunset Beach. We have been coming here for 14 years now. Most times we stay at High Priorities and the family loves it because we are so close to the beach. Great to ride bikes around the island or take an early morning or late evening walk. Golfing for the guys is always a must do. Don't miss out on the great seafood offered at Bill's just across the bridge.

| The house has a great location. We did have some issues however. There was an ant problem in the kitchen that we fought all week and we also killed several roaches. The upstairs tv did not work and the bedrooms need to have ceiling fans and tv's in them. The white carpet they have throughout the house is in need of cleaing. It is very stained. It was smaller than we expected. I probably won't rent this house again but will definately rent another one of your homes. We have loved every other house we have rented from Sunset Properties. We just had bad luck with this one. |

Great location and spacious house |

We had a great time at this house. We were very pleased with the size and the layout of the home. The screened porch was great. And the location was perfect. Being a 3rd row house, it was just a few yards from the nearest beach access walkway and less than a half mile from the pier. The kitchen was very, very well stocked with cooking and eating dishes, pans, etc. There was plenty of seating for everyone with 3 couches.
Downsides we found:
- we had a problem with sweet ants getting into our food and we saw two cockroaches in the living room which was very disturbing
- we really missed having an outside grill. most houses have them and we thought this was a big omission
- the chairs on the porch/deck were cheap and dirty
- one of the upstairs bedrooms needs a new mattress desparately, it was very, very uncomfortable |

| Thank you for your comments. This home, as are most of our rentals, is on a monthly pest maintenance program. Should you experience problems while you are here in the future, give our office a call and we'll get a contractor to come spray the home again for you. |
