Southern Resorts was unlike your usual rental agency. They were always there when we had a question and most accommodating to our requests. Everyone we spoke to by phone or in person made it a pleasant experience.

Every year, we select a beach for a girls' getaway. This year it was Pensacola Beach. Our rental (1102 Emerald Isle) could not have pleased us more. The location, furnishings, beach atmosphere, colors and accessories were so comfortable we felt like we were in our own home. The rental was supplied with everything you need right at the start to get going - little packets of dishwasher detergent, a small bottle of dish liquid, soaps, shampoo & bathwash, moisturizer, and paper towels. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy and the whole condo was very clean. We have rented condos in the past for our getaways at other beaches and this was the most comfortable and cozy one. We loved your condo. We had a great time. Our two boys loved sharing the room with the sailboat bedding. We live on the coast in Mississippi. We loved the nautical theme in the children's bedroom. We had a great time. My boys loved to eat at Surf Burger. We plan to come back at least once a year. Our hope is to stay in your unit only. We loved it. We had a great view of the ocean. It was one of the best trips we have ever been on.

After having a bad experiencve with a condo in Ft. Walton Beach, your Pensacola office set us up in Emerald Isle Unit #1102for the rest of the weekend. It was updated, decorated perfectly and was impecably clean. I have already recommended it to friends. Pensacola Beach is perfect for a quick getaway from New Orleans, so we will certainly come back again and will stay in this unit.
Please consider having a floor vacuum cleaner available for sand brought in. Hard to keep that from happening.

We were extremely impressed with our condo #1102 at Emerald Isle. It was very clean and a comfortable place to stay. It was full of beach scene furniture and pics. This was not our first choice of a condo. We actually planned to stay in a different condo at Emerald Isle which was also owned by Southern Resorts but when I was ready to book, it was already taken. I was disappointed and didnt know what to expect from #1102. However, it was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff was easy to work with and extremely kind. We will absolutely stay there again.
