Great place for the money!
This is a great, close to a lot of activities. Would have been nicer if a 3-bedroom was available.

Last minute destin trip
It was Thursday June 18th and are family had a vacation scheduled for the following week but was basically going to be a stay at home and relax vacation. But on the afternoon of the 18th I received a call from my wife stating she was craving the beach. So we began scrambling as Destin is our first choice and the condo we usually stay was completely booked UGH! So I began to scramble and found the Islander website and booked it clearly on a picture and some knowledge of the area. To our surprise our stay worked out better than anticipated. The room fit our exact needs and the view was great and the ammentities program is a nice touch. The only thing I might suggestwould be some sort of on sight cafe or restaurant and or deli style store? one for convenience and for revenue. Overall it was a good exprience and The Islander would be one of our choices on our next trip to Destin.
