This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #404 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.Vacation rental 404 is completely redecorated and painted through out with tile in the living areas and carpet in both bedrooms. The living room has new furniture, decor, and large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been repainted, updated, and new recessed lighting has been added. The cabinets over the kitchen sink have been removed to extend the view into the living area. The dining room has brand new table, chairs, bar stools, lighting, and more. Both bedrooms have new bedding, mattresses, furniture, and flat screen TVs.

| This was our 2nd yr. to stay at the Islander. This year we Stayed in unit 404- Loved the beach decor of the Condo. The Islander is a great family place to stay at a resonable cost. We will be back year after year. The only complaint I have is I wish we would have stayed Longer! |

November is great at the beach |

| I had a great time the first week in November. The weather was beautiful with highs in the mid to low 70's and there was hardly anybody there. So quiet and nice. And the folks at the restaurants are so glad to see patrons. Our condo unit was exceptionally pretty and had a great view. I will try to book there again the next time I go to Destin. |

| We have been staying at the Islander for the last 3 years. This past Labor Day 2008 we stayed 5 nights at The Islander. All our stays have been a great and enjoyable!!! We were there during Hurricane Gustav the first 3 days were beautiful!!! Our family felt very safe while the storm passed. We will be back!!! |
