Condo rental #314 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room with carpet through out. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.Condo 314 has recently been updated to include a new flat screen HDTV, new sofas and chairs, fresh paint, and new decor in the living room. The kitchen was opened to allow an open view into the living areas. The kitchen was also repainted and features newly installed recessed lighting. The dining room offers reupholstered chairs and bar stools. Relaxing
Great room with an excellent view and a short walk to the beach and the pool.

Cute, comfortable, well equipped, and nicely decorated
Since we drove all night to get here, we were thrilled that our unit was
ready for check in earlier than expected. Thank you so much! Mother
nature didn't cooperate very well, and it would be nice if she issued
rain checks when the weather is uncooperative. The property was very
nice, clean, well maintained, pool was nicely heated, hot tub a little too
warm for my taste, and couldn't be in there for as long as I wanted to
be.
our group was pleased with everything, except the weather. We
hopefully plan to return.

fabulous
One of my most memorable vacations! Staying in a hotel for more than one or two nights will be hard to do. We are parents of a college softball player and the whole team and several parents stayed here. Everything we needed in the kitchen, clean, comfortable beds, beautiful view, close to the beach, just wonderful!! Once our daughter graduates we plan on coming back for a whole family vacation and bringing the grandkids to share in the fun!
