This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #317 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room with carpet through out. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.Condo 317 was recently updated to include new sofas and chair in the living room. The unit was freshly painted through out and redecorated with new framed artwork, lamps, and decor. The kitchen offers an open view into the living room with new recessed lighting. The dining room chairs and bar stools are reupholstered. Both bedrooms have been freshly painted and feature new bedding and plantation shutters.

| We checked in July 31 '09 and checked out Aug. 3 '09 the room was better than we expected. Meaning the rooms were bigger and the bathrooms was nicely sized. You could not ask for a better location than where the islander is located at. It is 2miles from the water park(which is a must do!) especially with the islander-resort's room discount ammenties that came with our stay for free. The beds were soft and comfortable and the wi-fi router in the rooms make it real nice so you can find out information about where you want to go in the morning that night and even specials discounts on-line or just get the address to the place or places where you will be going the next day. My 4 year old daughter was not ready to leave.... |

| The place was beautiful...the sand and beach was gorgeous. The room was perfect for us and at a reasonable price for our family. The staff was great...they even came an unlocked a door in the room for us when my oldest daughter locked the youngest daugher inside while she was sleeping. The staff was so quick and efficient to respond. They were genuinely concerned for our baby. The pools were great and the other guests were so friendly. |
