Guest Reviews for Gulf/Inlet Unit #411

Tremendously great stay marred by penny pinching policies
First off, I would like to state that the unit was incredible. It was finely furnished with the latest amenities, appliances, etc. It was also in very good shape. There were two issues however that lost you that fifth star. Number one: Toiletries and trash bags. It won't cost you that much to provide more than 4 rolls of somewhat cheap toilet tissue and paper thin trash bags (with no extras). And if you want renters to do their own housekeeping, The once a week allotment for towels and washrags is a bit thin.
One other item that is outside of anyone's control was the construction on the walkway which happened to be just outside our door.
Other than these minor issues it is a wonderful place to stay, although at $150 a night during peak season... I might have to stay somewhere that offers a bit more "service".
Don't get me wrong, I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who asked. I am just trying to offer up some constructive criticism.
Thank you for a most wonderful stay. More...

Beautiful Condo!
This condo is beautiful with updated kitchen, appliances, plasma TV, bathrooms, etc. Even the patio furniture was so much nicer than other condos. We will definitely rent this one again! More...
