This beach front vacation condo rental is located in Destin Florida along the Emerald Coast. Condo rental #506 accommodates up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Destin's Beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. All units are non-smoking.This Destin vacation rental has been recently updated and freshly painted through out. The living room features a large new sofa, mirror, end tables, lamps, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has removed the cabinets over the sink and installed new lighting fixtures to extend the view into the living area. Both bedrooms have new bedspreads and plantation shutters.

Great time in 506!
Stayed labor day in unit #506. We had a great time. Check in was an absolute breeze and the staff was unexpectedly nice. We are used to staffers in tourist destinations being quite rude but this is not the case at the Islander. The condo was very nice, it had everything we needed. It was about halfway updated. The living room had very nice furniture and a great tv. The bathrooms could use a little updating but were still very nice. The view was spectacular, we were so close to the beach. I would definately recommend bringing your own beach chairs as the beach service is quite expensive and you may not get a good seat. It would be great is the owners of 506 would put a few in the condo for renters to use! The only bad part of the property is the elevators. They could use some serious updating! I opted for the stairs most of the time. The location is also great, it is close to everything. My favorite place to eat was McGuires and it is just down the road. More...
