A tradtional style and traditionally built Log Home, Sugar Hill's Berry Patch Vacation Rental awaits your quiet enjoyment. Located in an almost forgotten corner of Sugar Hill, NH, yet just 12 miles from Cannon Mountain, Echo Lake and all that Franconia Notch State Park has to offer. The warmly finished interiors include a large fieldstone hearth that has been matched to a Soap Stone wood stove providing both aesthetic and ambiant enjoyment. This forms the center piece of the main living and dining areas which are open concept giving a large and airy feel to the home. However the double doors leading to the deck that is immediate to the living area and the grand windows above play thier own part in bringing a light, warm and "woody" feel to this home. One large loft style King size bedroom with is own 3/4 bath make up the master suite, where on the main floor the second bedroom offers a Full size bed, and a second full size bath.

| Our vacation was great from the minute we arrived at Franconia Notch Vacations office right through when we (sadly) checked out on leaving day. With much excitement we arrived at Berry patch Place. The location was great - out of the way but close enough to town if we needed something, the inside of the place is sooo cozy and welcoming, the deck is wonderfully large and equipped with an awning so we could take advantage of being outside even when it rained. There is plenty of yard space for lawn games and relaxing as well. We weren't disappointed at all and would definitely love to visit again! |

The home was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the washer took so long to wash the sheets and towels on the last day and to be out by 10:00am we had to get up very early.
The sofas were sort of old and not too appealing but everything else was great. |

Housekeeping IS included with your rate, and unless your rental agreement specifies that you must, you do not have to wash linens or clean the property before your departure. That's a worthy note to consider when making a decision on where you wish to stay. The Price of Cleaning is included with your Franconia Notch Vacation rental. |
