The room should be listed as "partial Gulf view" since half the view is blocked by a house and you can't see the Gulf or sun set. The room was very nice, nicely decorated, very clean, good location, nice pool. The bathroom was small and awkward. The couch & bed should be on the opposite wall so that when you are sitting on the couch or lying in bed you can see the Gulf, not the house blocking the view. Also, the bed is in front of the air conditioner so you freeze at night. All in all, we enjoyed our visit and we would rent this unit again at the price we got. Nice apartment, but no oven if you plan to cook your own meals. View of beach is completely obstructed by another building in front, not pictured on web view. Easy access to trolley which takes you to shopping (free). Quiet when I was there. I had issues regarding carpets looking old and stained and bathroom window needing a lock. Sent a detailed message to rental agency and never received a response. Overall I think it was Ok for the cost. This is the third condo I have rented on the beach, I would not return.

Great location on the beach with a pool. Room was clean and perfect size for family of 3. Complex was clean and quiet. Perfect place to kick back and relax. No crowds in the off-season. I would definitely stay here again.
