Great Vacation!
This is a great home! We had fun. It is a very kid friendly home with a playground, bunk beds and plenty of room for the kids to explore.

A lovely view with plenty of room
We had our family with three teenagers and their parents. We had plenty of room for "their space" and adventures. The evenings were lovely and the view was wonderful on the deck. The home was very comfortable and beautiful....the only problem....we did not see a bear!

Gorgeous home but lacked storage space.
This is a beautiful home with many amenities, such as a hot tub, and a rec room with pool table and massage chair. We spent a week there with 11 people, including 5 children under 8 and 6 adults. For the most part, it served us well. Our biggest complaint, however, was that all the storage space (kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, bedroom storage, and bathroom storage), were mostly filled with the owners "stuff". Only one shelf in the refrigerator was empty and none in the kitchen pantry.
Another problem was that the loft (which served as one of the bedrooms) had no place either to hang or otherwise store clothes.
On the plus side, the kids bunk bed room was ideal for our five kids. The multiple decks and fire pit were much enjoyed. The mountain views were beautiful, and the location was a convenient 10 minutes from Cashiers and Sapphire Valley resort. More...

Wonderful Spacious Home with Great View
We stayed a week at this home with our five children. There is plenty of room and all rooms are very nicely furnished. The property has many venues: a hot tub, fire pit, huge deck, swing set, stairway down to creek, and a pond at the entrance. There was plenty of exploring for the kids to do at the house. The sunsets were an added bonus each evening.
We've stayed in the area many times at many different homes and this was, by far,my favorite. More...
