CANCELLATIONS: Reservation prepayments will NOT be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days PRIOR to arrival. If refunded, Fun In The Sun Rentals Inc. will retain $100.00 plus 11% taxes for a service fee.

Quiet relaxed quaint cabin |

| This cozy cabin is far enough away from the crowd, and close enough to get there quickly. We enjoyed this cabin so much that we hope it stays there for many years, so we can enjoy it again. It is an old quaint cabin with all the remodels of a new cabin. It was great in every way. |

We just got home from our vacation, at Fort Myers Beach, and had an amazing time. :) It was the first time we've ever rented a house, and I couldn't believe how easy it was! I don't want to ever go back to staying at a hotel.
Cottage by the Sea was exactly what we hoped for, even better then the pictures on the site. We had 8 people in our group, and we fit very comfortably. The house has a great front porch, that was nice for grilling out and relaxing after a day at the beach. The house was even closer to the beach then I hoped. It was just a few steps off our porch, and in between two homes. (you can see the ocean, sitting on the porch)
The beach was perfect! :) I was amazed how is wasn't crowded,even during spring break. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves sometimes. It was wonderful! :)
The house is located far enough south on the island, to be relaxing and quiet...away from the party scene. However, it's close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Time Square. We really enjoyed walking there in the evenings, and spending some time shopping and eating out. It was a fun atmosphere. :)
I would definitely recommend Cottage by the Sea to my friends, and can't wait to come back next year! :) |
